Curbside Waste

Every Monday is the day they pick up the garbage. On Monday, they forgot and my brother-in-law called them.

He was told they were very busy. They said they were coming by on Tuesday, but they didn't come.

I called them on Wednesday and they said they would come by before 6 PM, but they didn't come. Today is Thursday and honestly, my question is: if they don't want to work anymore, can't they just tell me so I can find another company?

Cancelled my garbage service with them around a year ago, maybe longer. Still getting billed, every month.

Followed up with them to reiterate their services were no longer needed, which they know because they don't pick up the trash every week, another company does. Still getting billed, with late fees.

What a joke of a company. They should get zero stars.

I used to pay $67 a month, and now I pay $109 a month, and they give me no reason for the charge. It's time to change to another service!

Extremely poor service. Every week, that's every week, we have to call to have the garbage picked up.

They moved us from Tuesday to Thursday pickup to solve the problem and since August, we have not had garbage picked up on time, and it's always days later after frustrating calls with their call center. Their service is garbage.

No trash service for 3 weeks. Plenty of excuses, apologies, and promises but still no pick-ups. They may cost less than others but be prepared to see why that is so.

I'm a fairly new customer. I've only had one billing cycle, and the company has only picked up my trash every other week.

I tried calling in to get it resolved. The only thing I'm told is that I can put up to five bags outside of my can. To me, that is unacceptable. I don't want to have trash sitting outside of my can for critters to get at.

I don't want to have to sit with my trash in the heat, creating maggots and flies.

I'm very disappointed and upset with this. But, as soon as my contract is up, they will never have to worry about me calling to complain again.

Moved from Aspen to curbside two years ago and they had a one year price guarantee with an offer to only go up by 3 to 5%.

They increase the price by 50% and I negotiated it down to a reasonable amount.

After canceling the account it has taken me three calls, and the trash cans are still sitting in front of my house

I scheduled a couch to be picked up on 7/31/2024 and was told it would be picked up within 24-48 hours. It's 8/8/2024 and it's still sitting at the end of my driveway.

I have called customer service numerous times and got a lot of promise but no action. Each time, I waited on the phone for 10-15 minutes. I will never use them again for furniture removal.

I'm sick of them jerking me around. Next up, I'm filing a BBB complaint.

I love the service.This is the best price in town. Excellent.. on time. I have forgotten to put out my tree clippings..the driver has come onto my property and dumped it for me.

He could see it was totally full. Of you want the best hand picked service- please use this service.

Also the people on the phone are wonderful to talk with getting my credit card setup. No problems.

Drivers need to go slower through neighborhoods. Garbage pickup in my area is on Thurs., white truck. It's scary to watch him drive so fast.

I gave one star because zero stars was not an option. We have had curbside for years, primarily without issues until 2024, when we started organic recycling.

They have failed to pick up our organics more times than not.

Multiple calls plus calls to the Hennepin County waste manager are often required, and still, it is not picked up every week.

I would cancel the service except that we have paid over $200 for yard waste through November. Then they will be history.
